안젤라또 사장님에게 쓴 편지 (젤라또가 필요해 시즌2)

Dear. Mr. Angelato

 

Ahoj- Jak se mate?

I am Kim from Korea and I was exchanging student in AMU two years ago.

And I am fine in Seoul, Korea -I miss Angelato!

I am not sure that you remember me or not..:)

From October in 2010 to February in 2011 I was in Prague as student of Architecture studio in AMU

and I was also student in Chris's class 'Czech Culture'.

At that time, I was seeking delicious gelato in Prague cause I am just falling in love with gelato after trip in Italy before Prague.

By chance, Chris introduced me Angelato then I frequently visited your nice gelato shop with happiness.

 

안녕하세요 사장님 ^^

저는 한국의 김민지이고 2년 전 프라하 AMU에서 교환학생을 했었습니다.

지금 한국에서 잘 지내며 안젤라또의 젤라또를 그리워 합니다.

사장님이 저를 기억할지 하지 못할지 모르지만... :)

나는 2010년 가을학기 AMU에서 건축을 공부하였고 Chris 선생님의 ‘체코 문화’수업을

 

들었습니다. 그때 나는 이탈리아 여행을 통해 젤라또에 매료되었고 프라하에서 맛있는 젤라또를 찾고 있었습니다.

우연히 Chris가 안젤라또를 소개해주었고 그 후 나는 행복감에 잠겨 자주 안젤라또를 방문했습니다.

 

 

Angelato was a place to find peace with amazing gelato,

 your kindness and familiar space for five months in Prague.

So before when you got a winter vacation in January 2011, I gave some drawings about interior of Angelato

for expressing how much I was happy with your gelato.  

From then, I found it in my heart to wish to share this delicious gelato with people in Korea

which makes people happy and comfort.

 

I just graduated my University -Architecture course- in Korea last February and

I plan to go to  Bologna in Italy for learning how to make gelato for 2 weeks in special-school of gelato ‘Carpigiani Gelato University’

And then I will travel in ltaly for about 2 weeks for experiencing Italian gelato.    

 

 

프라하에서 지낸 5개월 동안 안젤라또의 맛있는 젤라또와 사장님의 친절함과 따스함

그리고 편안한 안젤라또 매장은 나에게 마음의 은신처와 같은 곳이었습니다.

그래서 2011년 1월 안젤라또가 겨울휴가를 보내기 전 나는 이별과 감사의 마음으로 안젤라또 매장의 도면을 당신에게 선물했었습니다.

그때부터 막연히 나는 한국에서도 안젤라또 같은 맛 뿐만이 아니라

사람들에게 행복과 위안이 되는 젤라또를 사람들과 나누고 싶다는 마음이 생겼습니다.

 

올해 2월 나는 대학교를 졸업했고 올 5월 이탈리아 볼로냐에 있는 젤라또 전문학교에서 2주간 젤라또를 배울 계획이고

그리고 2주간 더 여행을 하며 이탈리아의 젤라또를 경험 할 것입니다.

 

After Italy, I fully wish to do internship in Angelato for learning your mind and art of your nice gelato for a month

-hopely in middle of June to middle of July–

This is earnest wish of my heart.

Thankfully, if you give me a chance to be with Angelato,

I am ready to study diligently and to work sincerely! 

 

그리고 가능하다면 안젤라또에서 한달동안(6월 중순에서 7월 중순 ) 인턴을 하며 당신의 마인드와 안젤라또의 맛을 배우고 싶습니다.  

사실 이것은 아주 절실한 마음입니다.

고맙게도 당신이 나에게 기회를 준다면 나는 열심히 공부하고 성실히 일할 각오가 되어있습니다.

I also hope that this letter can be a piece of good memory for you which is from people

who respect your space, your mind and your gelato.

Spring just arrived in Korea.

In this summer, I hope to be with your great gelato in beautiful Prague where is winding streets and peaceful hills.

나는 또한 이편지가 당신의 공간과 마음 그리고 젤라또를 존경하는 사람으로 부터의 좋은 기억의 한 조각이 되었으면 좋겠다

한국은 봄이 왔다. 올 여름 굽이치는 골목과 평화로운 언덕이 있는 프라하에서 젤라또를 맛보고 싶다.

2012년 4월,

이 구구절절한 편지를 프라하에 있는 친구를 통해 Amgelato이 사장님에게 전달 했고

아쉽게도 답장은 돌아오지 않았습니다.

하지만 그해 8월 나는 프라하에서 다시 Angelato의 젤라또를 맛보게 됩니다.
